Our parent company Vierwad AG was founded in 1992 in Canton Uri with a wide spectrum of business services related to finance, tax & incorporation. In order to streamline & make our incorporation services more stignant, Sygnius was founded in Neuchâtel and Manchester in 2014. Since then, Sygnius has evolved as a market leader as a business solutions provider, offering incorporation,  shell companies buying & selling, virtual office,  set-up new company in Switzerland as foreigner & local branch setups in addition to 12+ other different solutions & services. Over the years, we have expanded and opened offices in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Warsaw, Poland. 

Our mission is to help companies in general and entrepreneurs in particular prosper in their business endeavors by facilitating the creation of robust corporate structures, either in creation of new companies or buying already established shell companies. This has not changed since we started in 2014. 

While the core of our service remains company formation, we offer a multitude of ancillary services such as virtual offices, local address/branch in Switzerland, bank account opening, mail forwarding, accounting & auditing and the provision of IT solutions like website creation, brand identity etc., by partnering with a Neuchâtel based IT company.
